Left and right are not marked and kind of hard to tell difference so be careful. I hate velcro straps...there has to be a better way. Slimline fit so pants go on and off no problem. Comfy after 1st ride break in. Good feel against bike with no hot spots. Brace bends with knee so bending down is OK. Good knee protection. They have two straps that are snap in so you set the velcro on those and leave it but the other two are regular velcro strap that needs adjust each time. Why not make them all snap in? Make no sense. Lightweight, stiff and strong. No need to pay extra $$ for carbon. Did I mention I hate velcro? Not perfect but none of the braces are.
